1-We will open your order and send you a confirmation of receipt.
2- Our licensed examiner will do the appropriate title search that corresponds with our underwriting guidelines.
3- Upon receipt of title search one of our licensed underwriters will type a commitment to insure based upon our guidelines.
4- If there are title issues to be cleaned up we will provide any help that we may such as calling to get an indemnity letter from the previous title company.
5-We will record your documents in the corresponding Clerk’s Office.
6- Upon the receipt of the requirements shown on schedule B-1 of the commitment, the signed Attorney's Final, Owner's Affidavit either Purchase or Refinance and any other required documents we will type and deliver the Final Title Policy and a copy for your file.
