After Settlement Clear Title will track receipt of recorded documents and issue final title policies. Recorded Deed of Trust and Lenders Title Policy is shipped via overnight delivery to lender as per closing instructions. Recorded Deed and Owners title Policy is mailed to the property address unless otherwise instructed by owner. Our postclosing department can be reached in the following ways:
