Lender Overview
At Clear Title we understand that while working with our mutual client we are an extension of your company as well as you being an extension of ours. We feel it is highly important that we work together making the transaction as smooth as possible, communication being the key. We have worked successfully with lenders from the largest multi-national lender to the smallest one-person brokerage firm.
1- Place your order on the online ORDER FORM.
2- You will receive and Order Confirmation upon our receipt of your order.
3- Our title examiner will be scheduled to do the appropriate search, while our processor begins processing your file, setting closing dates and times, calling on payoffs, hazard insurance, sending you the preliminary paper work and getting the file prepared for the closer.
4- Our closer reviews the paper work and makes sure all is ready for the closing date and time, prepares final HUD-1, gets appropriate approval from Lender and ties down any loose ends and one of our licensed professionals will set down at the table and go over the paper work with the client(s).
5- The file is then prepared for recordation, and the title examiner will then go to the corresponding courthouse and perform the recordation.
6- The disbursement of the funds are then done in accordance with Laws of Virginia.
7- Clear title then begins their post closing obligations, which includes returning the recorded documents and title insurance policy.

All of our employees are licensed underwriters with the State of Virginia and continually take training classes and seminars to keep up on the changing issues involved in our field.
